Using Xilinx Chipscope with the XSA, XSB or XSV BoardQ:Did anyone try using Xilinx ChipScope on the XSA, XSB or XSV board? The ChipScope software allows the PC to be connected to a prototype board via Multilink cable and Parallel III cable only. However, there is only an XChecker port on the XSV board and no interface at all on the XSA or XSB Boards. How can we use ChipScope?
A:There is a design on the design examples page that you can load into the CPLD on the XSA, XSB and XSV Boards which will make the parallel port interface act like a Parallel III cable. Here are links to the XSV documentation and the design files. Here are links to the XSA and XSB documentation and the design files.
