Problems downloading to the XS95 Board with the Xchecker cable

Q:

I am attempting to download my design into XS95 Board V1.0 through JTAG pins and Xilinx Xchecker Cable. Unfortunately, this error message is given after the execution of the PROGRAM command:

Check that the cable, system and device JTAG TAP connections are correct,
that the target system power supply is set to the correct level,
that the system grounds are connected and that the parts are properly decoupled.
ERROR:basut - Boundary scan chain has been improperly specified.  Please check your
configuration and re-enter the boundary-scan chain information.
Boundary-scan chain validated unsuccessfully.
ERROR:basut - : The boundary-scan chain has not been declared correctly.
Verify the syntax and correctness of the device BSDL files, correct the
files and retry this command.

The problem is that the XS95 Board has an inverter on the TCK JTAG input and the TDO JTAG output. You will have to invert these signals in order to make the Xchecker cable work with the XS95 Board.
