What Supply Voltage Should I use?

I have a wall-transformer that puts out 13 VDC. Can I use this with the XS Board?
A:
If you are measuring the voltage without a load, a standard 9 VDC wall transformer will typically output 11-13 VDC. When you plug it into the XS Board, its output voltage will drop towards 9 VDC. So the answer in this case is YES.
